Book Signing!

Deb Gorman and James Donaldson

A DebNotes Announcement

About Deb Gorman

Yes, this is a little out of the ordinary, isn’t it? Every other Tuesday is my blog day. But, as a wise sage said once, “Change is good for the soul…” Or something like that. Don’t ask me who came up with that. Most of the time, change isn’t my fave thing to do, but this is different. Way different! (Note the big smile…)

So you ask, “What’s this all about?”

Just this: On March 26th, at Inklings Bookshop in Yakima WA, between 1:00 and 2:00pm, I will be sharing space with author James Donaldson, a former NBA All Star. (He might be taller than me…) Below, you’ll see some info about our new releases we will have available. If you live in the Yakima area, stop by and see what all the hubbub is about. **I will also have my other three books available for purchase.**

Inklings Bookshop is an absolute treasure of a bookstore in Yakima . . . if you haven’t experienced it, make March 26th your day to do so. The address is 5629 Summitview Avenue.

We both hope to see you there. Check below for more details.

Good luck with your book signing event. If I was in the neighborhood, I’d stop in. Darn, you’re going to miss my blog post at TKZ again. Come back. We miss you.
    Hope your signing is successful!

Thanks, Steve! I’ve been lurking at TKZ, never fear! And I won’t miss your post…the signing is about 4 miles from me and not til 1:00pm. I’ll be a TKZ lurker that morning.

Thanks for reading and responding…much appreciated as always.

I am in New Jersey, all the way on the other side of the country, but I am very happy for you and wish you all the best at the book release event!! Grief and loss are things we all experience. Sharing one’s pain to bring comfort and strength to others is something brave and special. Wishing you all the best!

    • Deb says:

Thanks, Anita. In this volume of Chicken Soup for the Soul, there are 100 other folks who courageously share their stories of grief and loss. It is truly a universal human experience.

      Thanks for reading and responding!

Congratulations, Deb! Wish I could be there to have you sign a copy of the book for me, but it’s a little far to drive from Memphis. Have a wonderful and successful signing!
